Before tooling begins, our manufacturing team in China checks each customer drawing. This review examines wall thickness, reference datums, machining allowances, specified tolerances and access for inspection.
The approved specification determines the foundry workflow, including tooling, casting, heat treatment, CNC machining, drilling, grinding, polishing and final dimensional inspection.
Highyoung Casting supports OEM purchasing with manufacturing and export services from China. Submit your 2D casting drawings, 3D models or samples; material certification and dimensional inspection reports are available by arrangement.
